I’m 71 years old. Physical changes are evident almost every day. With a three-month exercise program, Peter Jackson and Push Fitness helped me reach my goals and more! I strongly recommend Push Fitness and my trainer, German. I have become stronger and more physically fit and have been able to reduce the amount of medication I take for diabetes.
