Push Fitness is a private, state-of-the-art personal training gym that provides dynamic personal training and fitness programs for individuals, couples and small groups. Our wide variety of programs all utilize the powerful synergy of supportive nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance strength training to produce drastic results in fat loss and muscle toning in a short period.
What results can I expect in, say, eight weeks?
This depends on your specific goals which we identify in your first meeting and from which we develop your custom program. With your commitment and our coaching and accountability, you can expect substantial, dramatic, transformational results.
What are your hours?
We offer appointments Monday through Saturday including early morning and evening sessions. We are able to accommodate all reasonable requests.
